It’s not time to put your barbecue away yet, in fact some of the best barbecuing can be done through the cooler months, taking advantage of damp air to cook beautifully moist roasts. With the “lid down” method of barbecuing it is easy to set your barbecue up and retreat while the barbecue does the work and you avoid any cooler weather.
