Smoking on the BBQ, Wednesday 15th June, 6 – 8.30pm

Smoking has become super popular with more and more people realising how much fun it is to get creative with different woods and different foods- from cheese to fish. Come along and enjoy an evening of enlightenment, the mysteries of how to smoke will be broken down for you to easily replicate at home. We will smoke on gas and charcoal barbecues as well as a smoker.

The evening will cover the following dishes: Apple wood smoked sausages, Beech wood beer can chicken, Hot smoked salmon, Smoked leek and potato soup, Smoked cheese pizza.
