BBQ Marinades and Sides (evening class)

Each of the cooks will create a Thai Style BBQ Chicken dish and Lamb chops with fresh herbs – both of which are packaged up to take home and enjoy the following day. They will then move on to Garlic and fresh herb flat breads, Salsa verde potato salad and a Barbecued asparagus salad.

There will also be a demo of Steak kebabs with chilli and kaffir lime leaves and Salmon with ginger and sesame seeds with chilli sweetcorn – all of which we will enjoy as a supper together.
