Beginners and Beyond
In this class we will give cooks with very little experience the confidence to cook from scratch and create a range of dishes to impress your friends and family with. The menu is vegetable soup, pizza, spaghetti bolognese and apple crumble. We will also talk about how these dishes can be tweaked to make bread rolls, chilli and curries. Additionally you will learn basic knife skills to get you chopping like a pro in the kitchen!
