Pasta Perfection

We will get started with freshly Cracked Black Pepper Linguine before moving on to Pumpkin and Sage Ravioli, Homemade Rocket and Walnut Pesto and a few other dishes to get you creative when you return home with your new skills. We will use both the traditional manual pasta machines and also pasta accessories on freestanding mixers so you can see which you get on best with.
