About us

Based in my home kitchen, we offer a relaxed environment to learn new techniques and recipes – all of which you can recreate at home to create delicious and nutritious dishes.

 

Equipment used here is what you might already have in your home, or maybe aspire to have once you have tried it here! The majority of our small appliances have been supplied by Kenwood and Magimix, so you have the opportunity to try the appliances before you buy, or learn new tricks with your own machine.

 

We use some of the finest knives available, made by Flint and Flame, and are always keen to ensure our cooks get the most out of your knives at home.

 

Every cook will participate in every dish, with demonstrations and help on hand. You will go home with everything you have cooked – minus any tasting throughout the day!

 

We are also able to offer bespoke cookery courses, please contact me to see what we can arrange.

 

Our kitchens are based in Emsworth on the Hampshire – West Sussex border but we also work at various venues across the Southeast.

 

We are very pleased to have been awarded a 5 out of 5 star rating for food hygiene and I have a Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering.

 

I have completed Safeguarding Training, a full CRB check and a First Aid in the Workplace certificate.
