Working across a variety of barbecues, you’ll learn how to manage temperature like a pro as we create mouth-watering classics, including:

Texas-style Brisket

Melt-in-your-mouth Pulled Pork

Rich, smoky Beef Chilli

Show-stopping Rotisserie Picanha

Along the way, you’ll discover the magic of brining—then craft your own personalised pork chop with herbs and spices of your choice.

No barbecue feast is complete without the sides, and together we’ll cook:

Smoked Mac ‘n’ Cheese

Cornbread

Cowboy Baked Beans

Charred Broccoli with Chilli Oil

And for dessert, prepare to indulge in:

Chocolate Brownie with Charred Lemon Mascarpone

This is a hands-on, team-driven course—everyone gets involved, and you’ll leave knowing how to recreate each dish at home (even the ones you weren’t directly cooking).
