From beginner to brilliant! This course is designed for anyone not really sure where to start with their barbecue. We will cook on both gas and charcoal barbecues teaching you how to light them, understand how to control the heat using the direct and indirect cooking methods to grill and roast on your barbecue.
Our menu during this session will include how to cook –
– The Perfect Sausage, loaded with barbecued onions.
– Beer can chicken, with a rosemary and sea salt rub with a side order of corn on the cob with fresh herbs and a griddled vegetable salad
– Caramelised fresh fruits with a Dark Chocolate Sauce.
Our hands-on session will ensure you are ready to host with confidence this summer.
