This class is designed to bringing the fresh tastes of the Mediterranean to your back gardens. We will make Lamb loin chops with mediterranean marinade, Chorizo and fish skewers, Rosemary & garlic flatbreads, Charred vegetable and herb salad. We will be finishing off with caramelised apricots with toasted almonds & honey drizzle.
