Barbecue season kicks off with this session guiding you through grilling, roasting and baking. You will master a roast dinner, with every element cooked on the barbecue.
The menu for our class will depend on availability, but the plan is for us to cover:
– Barbecued minted lamb tenderloins
– Roasted and smashed new potatoes
– Seasonal vegetables with herby drizzle
– Rhubarb tart tatin
Your skill level will be well beyond burgers and sausages once we have finished!
